vet verliezen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het klinkt logisch om te denken dat als je oefeningen voor je buik gaat doen, dat je op die locatie vet gaat verbranden. Maar zo werkt het lichaam niet. Je verbrandt overal evenveel vet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of ik moet het beter zeggen: je lichaam verbrandt over het algemeen vet op de plekken waar het meeste vet zit. Dat is vaak je buik, benen en billen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De enige echte manier om van je buikvet af te komen is door op een gezonde manier je eetpatroon te veranderen.
