Enkele goede keuzes zijn:<\/p><ul data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"759\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"335\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"335\"><strong>Eiwitrijke voeding:<\/strong> mager vlees, vis, eieren, magere yoghurt of kwark, en plantaardige eiwitten (bonen, linzen). Deze voeden je spieren en geven lang een vol gevoel.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"335\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"335\"><strong>Gezonde vetten:<\/strong> avocado, olijfolie, noten, zaden en vette vis (zoals zalm). Ze leveren energie en houden je langer verzadigd.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"335\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"335\"><strong>Groenten en fruit:<\/strong> heel veel groenten (vooral broccoli, spinazie, bloemkool, etc.) en wat laag-suiker fruit (bessen, appel). Deze bevatten veel voedingsstoffen en vezels maar weinig calorie\u00ebn.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"335\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"335\"><strong>Slimme koolhydraten:<\/strong> Denk aan volkoren producten zoals havermout, quinoa, zilvervliesrijst, volkoren brood of zoete aardappel. Deze langzame koolhydraten geven je langdurig energie zonder een bloedsuikerpiek.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"939\">Tijdens de <strong>vastenperiode<\/strong> zelf eet je niets. Je kunt dan wel water, zwarte koffie of thee (zonder melk of suiker) naar hartenlust drinken. Deze bevatten geen calorie\u00ebn en houden je gehydrateerd en alert, zonder je vasten te
